All AffordableChoices Plans include:

• Basic services of funeral director and staff
• Transfer of remains from hospital or care center to our facility+
  within 30 mile radius. Additional mileage at $2 per mile.

• Embalming and other basic preparation
• Facilities, equipment and staff for service at your church, our chapel
  or graveside

• Visitation one-hour prior to service at service location
• Guest Register, 100) Memorial Folders and 50) Thank You Cards
• For insurance, social security and veteran's benefits, we do the paperwork
• Transportation of remains to local cemetery or crematory+

AffordableChoices Burial Plan also includes:

• Quality Steel Casket*
      -- Choose from four (4) colors

AffordableChoices Cremation Plan also includes:

• Use of our rental casket** for visitation and service
• Cremation Process
• Basic Cremation Urn

 *Casket included in plan is standard size. Larger casket sizes available at additional cost.  **Rental casket is available in standard size only. +All transportation is within 30 mile radius of our facility. Additional mileage at $2 per mile.
